Nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and service are superb. The only issues are security person should be monitoring the intoxicated people and they should not allowed to use the pool amenities for safety of other customers.
Not what we expected, it's has to do with the ongoing renovation. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool. Love the plants and flowers surrounding the property.
Mixed review, we didn't stay overnight and we visited twice. First time we went to the swimming pool and we had a nice time once we got poolside, some umbrella and kubo have a fence restricting access to the pool so any belongings had to have a babysitter for security.
Second visit was to the bar and sign said Happy hour 1pm-6pm we arrived at 1:20 and were told the bar didn't open until 6pm. If we wanted beer no problem but no mixed drinks. I don't drink beer. So after some conversation and complaining they found the bartender and opened up the place. We enjoyed billiards and had ok time. Our time was wasted waiting for them to open, as our wives expected us home by 4pm.
The pools were nice and clean and plenty of space for kiddos and staff were corteous too. However, shower rooms are lacking- out of the 4 stalls only 2 were with water and only 1 toilet and this is for the ladies shower room only. I'm not sure about the men's.
Quite nice overall. Nice rooms, good quality mattresses, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, strong and quiet air con. Clean pools, well maintained with slides/tubes. Even free breakfast. Only issue is that they don't really make it plain that the beach, where they actually have a separate beachfront property with additional pools and a lot of covered space to enjoy being by the ocean. Nice place ❤️
Relaxing place. Room is priced just right. The place is well-maintained. The food was really good. Kulang lang talaga sa customer service.staff were nice. Pero kulang talaga sa customer service. They won’t even bother to say “thank you” sa guests nila. receptionists is unwelcoming. Regardless of unmotivated staff, the place is nice to stay.
I would have given this place 4 stars IF they maintained their facility better. They ARE friendly and somewhat accommodating, and have fun pools with slides, etc., BUT the fun ends there, because, although we have stayed here several times since 2017, every year we come, the experience declines in enjoyability. The air con in our room isn't blowing cold air, the internet is dreadfully slow, and the CR's near the pools look like they have no real cleaning standard or schedule and are in need of a total rehabilitation.
If they wish to remain popular, they need to realize that people notice when things aren't being kept to standard, that's all.
Above average if your looking for a place to beat the summer heat. Functions room are okay. Parking space was the worst.
